Hello World! Welcome to No Bad Days Digital. We’re so excited to announce the launch of our boutique digital marketing consultancy. Whaaaaattt? That’s right!
Laura Beatty and Thomas Beatty are officially announcing their kick-off of their sole proprietorship business, No Bad Days Digital, and we’re happy to say we’ve already started receiving a lot of work!
We’ve been working with our friends at AMN Healthcare on their enterprise SEO strategies, they have really interesting B2B challenges, and it’s an opportunity to work on Google Jobs related sites, look at complex indexing questions, and do some enterprise level migration support. Migration of enterprise sites is a tricky process for any marketing team. They are usually working on developing a lot of content for the new site and for their existing marketing campaigns and collateral that can’t be put on pause while they plan for the new website. We find a lot of brands just need help with their migration strategies from an outside team so they don’t have to slow down with their other initiatives. We like to look at site migrations from the perspective of top landing pages, top linked URLs, top content opportunities within the current site, and top content opportunities based on competitive keyword gaps or universal search opportunities. We use this as an opportunity to revisit XML sitemaps, navigation, redirect chains, and schema markup.
Laura has also been working with Influences. Her friend Ari worked with her on the MasterCard account at Internet Marketing Inc (now REQ) and Ari has always been a visionary in the Influencer Marketing space. Laura works as the Executive Vice President, Media at Influences and is helping eCommerce sites, communications companies, and resort destinations develop influencer marketing strategies to meet their business goals. Laura works as the primary account lead for the Influences clients and collaborates with the Influences sister company, Creator Edge, to activate creators that can make impactful content. Creator Edge recently signed Tik Toc creator, Brittany Broski, for management and helped her take her “kombucha girl” meme moment and make it into a dream career path. Brittany has always wanted to do comedy and stand-up, and now she’s on her way, starting with a visit to LA where Laura joined Brittany and GT’s Kombucha for a brand collaboration. Brittany has officially taken off, and Creators Edge and Influences are catching on like wildfire, too.
We’ve also been helping our friend, Sunil, develop his new Shopify site https://www.igetcharmed.com/. Tom, Laura, and Sunil have been talking about working on a new website for the past two years when the Beatty’s visited St. Thomas, USVI. St. Thomas is Tom’s childhood home and Sunil is a friend of the family, we’ve wanted to help with his site for a long time, and now we finally had time to do it. We’ve been building out his catalog, consulting him on preparing for inventory and shipping, and discussing our experience with the fulfillment process, customer service, and reviews. Since we’ve seen this all go down before, we know the common pitfalls that small business owners can face when they try to upgrade or launch their eCommerce presence, and we’re so happy we have the time to work on his site now. Sunil is the NICEST person you will ever meet, so seriously, go see his shop in St. Thomas and grab a roti next door, while you’re at it!
Finally, we’ve been helping white-label with some projects for other agencies. We can’t tell you, because we’re under NDA, and we actually care about that kind of thing. But, we will say they’ve involved everything from keyword strategy, onpage optimization, and schema markup projects, and we’re loving it all.
